ESS is changing to The Education Staffing Partnership

Education Staffing Solutions is rebranding to The Education Staffing Partnership (ES Partnership) to better meet the changing needs of education staffing. We’ll still be providing the same level of great service to schools and candidates in Wales while bolting on additional services too.

What’s in a name change? Quite a lot!

As well as changing our name to The Education Staffing Partnership, we’ll be joining a portfolio of specialist education staffing and training organisations called The Classroom Partnership. As well as day to day supply, we’re now part of a wider partnership which includes specialist companies focusing on recruitment and training.

For example, as part of the portfolio, we have a specialist company called The NQT Partnership which helps NQTs find their first teaching posts and puts schools in contact with them. We’ll work closely with them to source the best candidates for schools in Wales.

Another company, Thirsty Scholars Partnership provides online, flexible and accredited CPD courses for staff at all levels. Whilst The International Teaching Partnership sources qualified teachers returning from international posts. We’ll work closely with The Teacher Training Partnership too to deliver initial teacher training to candidates and provide schools in Wales with their next generation of teachers.

Speaking about the rebrand, ES Partnership managing director Kevin Moyes said:

“It’s important that we’re able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our schools and staff. Rebranding and joining The Classroom Partnership allows us to bring a harmonious, collective range of recruitment and training solutions to them.”

ES Partnership will remain on the framework for Wales meaning schools wishing to use ES Partnership can do so. The experienced team will remain in place too. Kevin continued:

“It’s business as usual for us. Our team, who have all been with us for many years will still be here to provide the same level of service, with additional bolt-on solutions such as training and development. It’s a really exciting time for us.”
