The Teacher Training Partnership
The Teacher Training Partnership delivers a paid route into teaching with a PGCE.
This is done via an employment-based school-centred initial teacher training (SCITT) model.
The candidate is employed by the Teacher Training Partnership and placed on assignment at a participating school, giving the school the flexibility of supply whilst imbuing their next NQT cohort with their teaching philosophy and culture.
This innovative solution has allowed passionate and committed educators to enter the profession of teaching by removing the barriers of cost and loss of earnings.
