The ECT Partnership

The ECT Partnership is exclusively focused on identifying, assessing, selecting and supporting ECTs for their induction year.

Set up in London in 2017, The ECT Partnership has helped thousands of ECTs launch their careers in the capital and has since grown to open offices in other areas of the UK.

By working with schools, ECTP has supported schools in securing the very best talent for their next generation of teachers. Similarly, teaching faculties and universities have worked with ECTP to enable their graduates to find their first teaching roles in schools which match their aspirations.

ECTP also helps ECTs on assignment with one year’s free access to over 30 mobile-friendly distance learning courses to support their classroom skills development.
