Education Staffing Partnership are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for full time, week to week and ad-hoc placements within Neath and Port Talbot.

Over the last 12 months we have increased the number of partner schools we are working with throughout Neath Port Talbot, and we are now looking to build our base of Teaching Assistants to provide suitable staff for each specific role we are asked to cover.

By working as a Teaching Assistant for Education Staffing Partnership you will benefit from: –

  • Work available in a variety of schools across Neath Port Talbot
  • Training available to upskill for any specific roles
  • Full online CPD package to enhance your CV
  • Experienced recruiters working to find you ideal placements

We are looking for people who possess the ability to build good relationships with children, are who are motivated and enthusiastic to enhance children’s school experience every placement they work.

Ideally you will have some experience working or volunteering with children. Without this we would be looking for some relevant transferable skills which you can use to enhance the learning experience for children.

Teaching Assistant roles are rewarding roles by themselves but also offer the opportunity for any potential future teachers to gain experience not only working with children, but also working within different environments and age groups.
