We are currently recruiting a Secondary Teacher to work in Neath / Port Talbot for short term assignments, starting September 2020.

We are looking for Subject specialists and also general cover specialists

Requirements:

Qualified with PGCE with QTS or equivalent
Registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) in the necessary category
Current DBS (registered with the Update Service)
Expectations:

Ability to build good relationships with both staff and pupils
Committed to good teaching practice
Excellent knowledge of National Curriculum
Superior classroom management skills
Adapt teaching methods and work to suit different age groups and abilities
Supply work is fast becoming the best way to gain long term or permanent positions as the schools can see your skills and attributes first hand. More frequently, Supply Teachers have the advantage at interview for long term roles as they usually have prior knowledge of the school ethos and pupil capabilities.
