Education Staffing Partnership is delighted to announce that it’s working with Bee1 to bring recruitment, training and bee sustainability to schools in Wales.
The affiliation will see ES Partnership and Bee1 working together to enhance their service offering to schools across the 22 local authorities of Wales. This includes the promotion of recruitment and training from ES Partnership as well as a plethora of exciting curricula about bees and their importance from Bee1.
Speaking about the affiliation, ES Partnership Managing Director Kevin Moyes said,
“We’re excited to be working with Bee1. Bees are one of the most important elements of our ecosystem and Bee1’s curriculum for schools along with their other products are excellent at teaching our school pupils of all ages how important eco-sustainability is.
As a recruitment partner, we’ll be working closely with Bee1 over the coming academic year to help deliver this curriculum into schools as well as help provide quality staff to schools that require them.”
Schools who enrol on Bee1’s programme can adopt a beehive, pupils can name the queen and even see live video footage of inside a beehive. The curriculum, which has been developed with the help of Cardiff University, guides pupils during the course of the year through key topics about bee sustainability, the importance of bees to our habitat and what can be done to increase the number of bees.
ES Partnership will be working closely with those schools to bring a range of exciting recruitment and training products, including free CPD courses and initial teacher training programmes.
