Careers at Education Staffing Partnership

We make Education Staffing Partnership a brilliant place to work…

You may be surprised to hear that we believe your work-life should be as enjoyable and rewarding as possible (it takes up far too much time to be anything else).

We have a very relaxed view of all the stuff that doesn’t matter. Artificial dress codes, for example, aren’t high on our list; we like you to feel comfortable while you are at work. But we do take a serious approach to all the things that affect our client schools and you.

Not all employers are like this, especially when it comes to working in recruitment. If you like the thought of being able to wake up happy that it’s a workday, knowing you are well trained, well looked after and very well paid – we’ll be well happy to meet you. Oh, and there are plenty of other benefits too.

30 days holiday

You’ll receive an amazing 30 days holiday per year plus bank holidays! You’ll also earn 1 day extra every year up to a maximum of 5. And you’ll work reduced hours during school holidays! How good does that sound?

Upper quartile salary

We know how important it is to have a good base salary. It helps with everything from socialising, saving and getting a mortgage. That’s why we offer an upper-quartile salary and excellent bonus scheme.

Perks

From day one, you’re given access to private health which covers general health, dentistry and optician costs. You’ll have life insurance cover too.

Flexible working

We trust our staff to do a great job wherever they are working, which is why we offer flexible working options. It allows our staff to have an excellent work/life balance.

L&D

We provide ongoing, in-house training through our dedicated learning and development team. It’s designed to help develop your skills and knowledge at every stage in your career, from consultant through to management.
